I truly enjoy working with those seeking personal growth as well as clarity and strength in their inner voice. I offer support and strategies for forward movement in life, through transition and towards dreams. My specialties include life coaching, self-compassion, and healthy coping.

I have an eclectic approach combining evidence-based practices (including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), psycho-education, supportive counseling, and a solution-focused, strengths-based philosophy.

I believe the client has the answers deep within themselves. My training as a coach enhances my practice, helping me support the client in bringing forth that inner wisdom, to take action, and realize life goals.

I'm also familiar with the 12-step philosophy, and can offer a spiritual perspective if that suits your needs.
